screen_blogmw.pngIt's no longer uncommon for companies to have their own BLOG, but for the University of Freiburg it was an innovation in the dialogue process "Corporate Design Relaunch".

It was important for internal communication purposes to have a public platform to communicate the sensitive process of redefining the university’s corporate design.

It was particularly effective in making the transition from merely providing information to communicating, i.e., to engaging in a dialogue. Employees and students of the university can still voice their opinions on the Office of Marketing and Knowledge Management’s BLOG today. Not only can they follow the postings on the university’s corporate design, they can also influence its development – one of the main goals of the dialogue workshop.
